Rainy Days

We don't get very many rainy days here, so it's always a bit of a surprise (even if it's predicted because we never believe weather reports around here when it comes to rain!). Saturday morning it only sprinkled which was good because I was at an outside dog training class at the time. But by the afternoon and Sunday morning, we had quite a bit of rain and really low, dark clouds.

But today it's pretty much clear skies!

Chocolate Affaire Weekend

The Chocoalte Affaire in downtown Glendale was this past weekend, and there was a great turn out. We'd had some cold weather lately, but thankfully, it wasn't as windy as it had been. Friday night was pretty cold, and I was glad we had hot chocolate on hand!

Saturday and Sunday the weather was beautiful.

It was a great opportunity to hang out with fellow VOS members and friends as well as a chance to talk to fellow romance readers.

Big Game Weekend

Along with the Chocolate Affaire, this is also Super Bowl Sunday.

I have to admit, I've been a football fan for twenty+ years now. I tend to think the playoff games are better than the "big" game, but of course, I will still watch--for the game as well as the commercials and half-time show that have become such pop culture events over the years.
